Lisa was a pretty close friend of mine, even after high school. After all, we stole part of my last name, I used to tell her. LOL Lisa was a true sweetheart. This is heart breaking, and I wish I knew what happened. If anyone knows, please send me an email.
Thanks,
Darci

Yes I want to know too - Lisa and I were best buds for a long long time - I was in her wedding and she was in mine.

I cannot believe she is gone. This comes as a huge shock to me.

She was a wonderful person and I am sure a phenominal mother and wife.

I was also shocked to hear that Lisa passed away. She was a great girl and lots of fun. We had a gym class together and she was so funny. She was always making faces behind Miss Meadows back and I was the one getting yelled at for laughing.

I found her obituary in the Cincinnati Enquirer and was sad that I didn't see it when it happened.

I found this on Classmates.com as an "authorized biography" that Lisa submitted.

I think that Lisa passed away maybe 4 years ago? I think that she had some form of brain cancer and fought a very long, hard battle to live. I remember that there was a benefit for her to assist with some medical bills since she was not able to work for a very long time. I can get details. A very close friend of hers started working with me recently.

I taught Lisa's children and remember her as a frequent parent volunteer at the middle school. Her kids were a pleasure to have in class. I enlisted her daughter to give my daughter, Annie, private flute lessons when Annie began playing flute at Ayer. They were so cute together! When I first heard the news, I was in shock. Cheryl is correct, Lisa died of a brain tumor. I still can't believe it happened.

I knew Lisa through mostly soccer. What a full speed and determined player she was! Head up and back straight she took on the opponents! If she won the challenge she would come back laughing if she lost that challenge, she got fired up and was determined to finish the job! Full of fire and fun she was!
